Yes. Every account starts on the Free plan, with no card needed. Online payments for paid plans are opening soon. Until then, Basic and Pro are available with a coupon code from our team.
A chair, doctor, room or counter that serves customers at the same time. A salon with three stylists has three service points.
Every customer who joins the queue gets one token, whether they scan the QR code or you add them as a walk-in. Cancelled tokens don’t count. Paid plans have no monthly limit, up to 300 tokens a day per business.
Nothing you already have is switched off. You just can’t add more businesses, service points or team members than your plan includes. On the Free plan, once 300 tokens are used in a month, new tokens can’t be issued until the next month starts.
Your account moves back to the Free plan. Your businesses, team and history stay as they are, but you can’t add more than the Free plan includes until you upgrade again.
No. Customers never pay, sign up or download an app. They scan your QR code and track their turn in their phone’s browser.
